BY THE NUMBERS:              Girls -  Congrats on starting the season in fashion.  Being absent I will only compare this year’s times with last year.  Cynthia ran strong cutting 2:17 off her time.  Wow, that’s over 51 seconds per mile faster.  Awesome.  Stacy ran Tribune for the 1st time and broke 21 minutes, NICE run.  Jena cut 2 mins off last year’s time, HUGE run Jena!  Sam cut 11 seconds off, again, GREAT effort.

Guys – Dustin proved himself ready with a 47 second improvement.  Great opening race!!  Antonio, well let’s just say HUGE run!  Almost 3 full minutes faster.  Are you kidding me!  Kyler improved, 1 second counts.  Randy was a little slower (1:17).  Everyone else ran Tribune for the 1st time.  Our true “rookies” tasted the 5K distance for the 1st time and showed well.  When Jordan and Collin figure it out, they’ll really boost our team efforts.  Also, comparatively, our “GAP” time improved by 1:34 over last year.  That means something.

JR High – Just an AWESOME job for their 1st experience at cross country.  Our understanding for racing will improve and so will our efforts and times.   All our times were impressive.  Justin, Paige, Lindsay and Teneille recorded Top 10 performances.  Nice Running.

COACHES COMMENTS:     I’m looking forward to Leoti.  Great weather is forecasted so let’s go duplicate and even improve on Tuesday.  Thanks to Coach’s Larson and Everest for running the SHOW.
